How to Set Up Mpesa Ratiba for Miliki Plot Polepole

Kindly note you will need to be registered on our system before you can setup your Mpesa Ratiba.

One must have opted in and accepted the terms and conditions above, to set up standing orders.

1. Dial USSD *334#
2. Select M-PESA Ratiba
3. Select Standing Order.
4. Select Create a Standing Order.
5. Select the type of transaction (Paybill)
6. Enter Paybill business number: 4037229
7. Enter Account: ID Number
8. Enter Amount: 275 or more
9. Enter the name of the standing order. (eg.Miliki Plot Malindi)
10. Enter the first date of the standing order payment. (In format of DDMMYYYY e.g. 1 September 2026 will be 01092026). Enter today's day in that format.
11. Enter the last date of the standing order payment. (In format of DDMMYYYY e.g. 1 September 2027 will be 01092027). Choose your preferred payment period (up to 365 days). Ideally add the same starting date this year and the last day next year.
12. Select Frequency: Daily
13. Review all details and confirm the standing order.
14. Enter your M-PESA PIN to finalize the setup.
15. You will receive the Mpesa Confirmation Message
16. You can cancel any Standing Order anytime by dialing *334# and choose manage Standing Order.

That’s it! Your payments will now be automatic, ensuring you stay on track with your land purchase. As long as your Mpesa has money, the transanction will be paid automatically same time everyday. The payment will be automatically be updated on the investment group. 

Note:

• Incase there is no money in your Mpesa and the autopayment fails, you can manually pay via Mpesa Paybill 4037229 and Account: ID Number
